Emotional Clearing Protocol Using 12 Young Living Essential Oil Blends:

We all have existing and or current emotional baggage that sometimes leads us to keep repeating certain habits, choices which can be a good or bad thing.  Fear and trauma can produce conditioned emotional responses that can hamper our ability to live and enjoy life; but also can limit certain body systems to function and operate properly. Many biochemical inessential oils- particularly sesquiterpense- can increase blood oxygen levels in the brain. That is why it is so very important to use therapeutic grade essential oils and not the type of oils you find in the health food store. Below you can visualize the treatment and see what oil blend will work what area of the emotional blockage. Not all oils are needed for this treatment but I highly suggest that each oil be used, as sometimes we do not know what the issue might be. You are certainly more than welcome to request that a certain oil not be usedduring the treatment.

Step 1. VALOR should be the first blend used and applied to the bottoms of the feet when starting an emotional clearing. It helps balance the energies within the body, helping to give courage, confidence and self-esteem.

Step2. The 3 WISE MEN was formulated to open the subconscious mind through pineal stimulation to release deep-seated trauma encoded in the DNA.This blend opens the crown chakra and stimulates the limbic system, bringing a sense of grounding and uplifting through positive memory recall.

Step3. HARMONY is an exquisite blend of 12 essential oils, which promotes physical and emotional healing through harmonic balance of the energy centers of the body, enabling energy to flow more efficiently. It helps reduce stress and creates an overall sense of well-being.

Step4. FORGIVENESS blend has high electrical frequencies, which can help release negative memories to facilitate forgiveness, letting go, and moving on.

Step5. JOY is an exotic blend of ylang ylang, bergamot and pure Bulgarian rose oil, which produces a magnetic energy to attract love and enhance self-love, bringing joy to the heart. More about the blend Joy.

Step6. PRESENT TIME blend has an empowering fragrance, which gives a feeling of being 'in the moment.' One can only progress through emotional release when in the present time.

Step7. RELEASE blend is formulated to support the release of traumatic memories from the cells of the liver. Many energy medicine doctors believe that anger and hate energy is stored in the liver.

Step8. INNER CHILD blend is a formula that may stimulate childhood memory. When children experience abuse or trauma, they can become 'disconnected' from their inner child or identity. This disconnection may not be apparent until many years later, manifesting itself as a 'mid-life crisis.' The inner child fragrance may stimulate memory response, helping one re-connect with his or her fundamental identity. This is an essential step or condition to achieving emotional balance.

Step9. GROUNDING may be helpful in situations where one is over-excited about new ideas or wants to escape into a protective fantasy. In this kind of mental state, it is easy to make choices which lead to bad relationships, bad business decisions and other unfortunate circumstances. We seek for an escape because we have no anchor to know how to deal with negative emotions. GROUNDING's aroma helps restore confidence and peace, enabling us to deal logically and peacefully with life's decisions.

Step10. HOPE blend is formulated to reconnect with a feeling of strength and optimism for the future. Hope must be in place in order to move forward in life. Hopelessness can cause a loss of vision of goals and dreams, making it impossible to release emotional blocks. This aroma may also help in overcoming tendencies toward depression.

Step11. SARA blend is an essential oil blend formulated specifically for opening the limbic system to release the memories of serious trauma connected with Sexual And/or Ritual Abuse.

Step12. WHITE ANGELICA is an amazing blend of essential oils, some of which  were used during ancient times to increase the aura around the body, bringing a delicate sense of strength and protection. Its frequency protects against negative energies and helps to create a feeling of wholeness and oneness with the Creator.

Step13. Meditate on positive images and emotions for 20 minutes. (Note this step should be included regardless of how many of the first 12 steps are taken.)
1 Hour treatment......$85

First Aid Kit: The Natural Way

Every home should have a fully stocked first aid kit don't you think! Therapeutic grade essential oils (TGEO's) are very cost effective (many times pennies per drop) and a one stop shop for solutions to your ailing needs such as asthma, bleeding, PMS, Poison Ivy and fatigue.

Often, I find that people are amazed at how one oil can be used for many different issues, and that they actually WORK! Whether  it is for an emergency or a hangnail (which can be very painful!). TGEO's are a choice that will help aid in skin regeneration, disinfectant, stop bleeding, sooth burns, increase energy, get rid of headaches and slow motion sickness.
Every one should have the Essential Oils Desk Reference or Reference Guide for Essential Oils (having both is a better option) when referencing TGEO's. These books were specifically used to work with Young Living Essential Oils. Remember these recommendations are for young living essential oils, they are the only oils I recommend and they are THERAPEUTIC grade, meaning they can be taken internally and put neet (straight) on the skin.

A few oils you should have in your Summer or Winter First Aid Kit: are Peppermint, Pan-Away, Lavender, Thieves, Lemon, Purification, Frankincense, RC, Marjoram, Aroma Life, Deep Relief. Most of these oils can be found in the Everyday Living Kit.
Everyday Living PDF

Bleeding: Apply Helichrysum or Aroma Life on the cut.
Lack of Energy OR Need Grounding: Put a drop of Peppermint on your big toes.
Put a couple drops of peppermint in water and drink it.
Inhale Lemon to revive and refresh the mind.
Put two drops on the bottom of each foot top balance and ground you.
Headaches: couple drops of Lavender or peppermint can be rubbed into the scalp to relive tension.
PanAway on the back of the neck.
Heat Stroke: Drink a glass of water with a drop of peppermint in it.
Apply peppermint to the base of your neck and bottom of your feet.
Asthma: Inhale marjoram oil. Asthma is not a congestion issue but a muscular issue...marjoram helps to relax the muscles within the lungs when inhaled.
Congestion or Coughing: Add a couple of drops of RC or peppermint oil into bowl with steaming water. Although the heat will kill some of the therapeutic properties of the oils, it will aid in getting the oils into the lungs and sinuses.
Apply RC to your chest area.
For Digestion and Heartburn: Rub 5 drops of peppermint between your palms and then rub over stomach and navel area to relieve indigestion.
Take a few drops of peppermint internally in an empty capsule.
Apply peppermint and lavender to the top of your hand between your thumb and index finger and hold for 10-20 seconds. Do this three times.
Nausea or Motion Sickness: Put a drop of peppermint on your tongue, then on your hand and inhale it. Another way is to rub several drops of peppermint on the abdomen.
Injuries: Apply peppermint oil immediately to bumps and bruises to relieve pain.
Apply lavender and frankincense to aid in skin regeneration.
Insomnia: 5 drops Lavender in a spray bottle with water. Spray pillow and sheets at night before bed.
Rub a couple drops on the back of the neck and shoulders.
Rub a couple of drops of lavender oil on the bottom of your feet right before bed.
2 drops lavender and 1 drop clary sage on a cotton ball that is tucked inside your pillow.

Remove Ticks: Apply a drop of Peppermint oil on a Q-Tip and dot it on the tick. Wait for it to let go, then remove the tick.
Poison Ivy or Poison Oak: Apply Peppermint oil on location neat or dilute with V-6 Vegetable Mixing Oil.
Poison Ivy – Help with Itching

Treating Asthma Naturally with Essential Oils

I recently had a Young Living member phone me and expressed how her daughter had a horrible asthma attack after a soccer game. She immediate tried the natural way first by using Therapeutic Grade essential oils instead of the conventional inhaler. She told me that the oil blend R.C. wasn't really helping. My answer was of course it didn't work! R.C. bled was formulated for congestion and moving mucus out of the lungs. Asthma is a muscular issue not a congestion issue! She didn't have a cold she had a restriction in the throat and lungs. The muscles had to be relaxed. I suggested trying muscle relaxing oils such as Present Time (love the smell of this one!), Marjoram or Basil (oils part of the Raindrop Technique oils).

I also suggested that the next time they leave the house for the field that she throw a spray bottle filled with water and a couple of drops of peppermint oil in her bag. This was to be used to spray down her little one the next time she had a break during a game. Peppermint is a cooling oil and has been proven to reduce fevers....so why not reduce heat exhaustion on those hot summer days as well.

Why everyBODY needs Raindrop Technique! Health, Vitality and Detox. Part 1

Why everyBODY needs Raindrop Technique! Health, Vitality and Detox.
Part 1
By Kristen Tammaro LMT and essential oils follower – fanatic – lover

Well First of all, it feels good and helps to promote relaxation, detoxification, balancing and amazing healing happens with Therapeutic Grade essential oils that are in the Raindrop Technique (RT).

Do you want health and vitality? Do you shutter at the words detoxification or do you clap franticly with joy of excitement over that word? Why can't we just feel good all the time!
Some of these thoughts might be going through your mind just like they did mine. As a Licensed Massage Therapist I personally love the concept of the words health, vitality and detox; But like most I certainly did not like the effort that may be attached to it. Unfortunate but true! Changing your thought process will change your habits, I believe this and exceptionally try every day to practice it. The little challenges in life somehow seem to be the most meaningful.

So why all this chitter chatter about feelings, concepts and the virtual truth that we all want good things but can't seem to follow through with them consistently (not all of us but most of us and I'm in the most of us category)? Raindrop Technique can give you all three of those little words in a one hour treatment. These therapeutic grade essential oils can improve circulation, boost your immunity and bring vitality to your organs and living tissue within your body. This treatment helps aid in the process of detoxification because the 9 oils used in the Raindrop Technique are anti-viral, anti-spasmodic, anti-fungal, balancing and aid in the process of re-aligning the body's energy centers.

Take Valor for instance, also known as “chiropractor in a bottle”. Valor is a oil blend that contains spruce (Picea mariana), rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora), blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) and frankincense (Boswellia carteri). Wouldn't you want to bring balancing and grounding into your life if all you had to do was apply a few drops of oil to your feet every day? Not only does valor contain frankincense which is good for wrinkles when applied to the face but it also helps with emotional issues as well. One Young Living member put a couple of drops of Valor on her feet everyday for 3 months and lost 25 pounds in water weight by overcoming fear and worry! That is amazing. Valor is an amazing emotional release oil blend that contributes to better health and vitality by empowering and strengthening us physical and spiritual. Valor is only one of the nine oils used in the Raindrop Technique. It amazes me how a couple of drops of oil can really change lives.

My second favorite oil in the Raindrop kit is basil. Not particularly because of the smell but the versatility. I have found that it not only makes my homemade spaghetti sauce taste better but it is great at reliving headaches, sometimes even more so than peppermint oil. Basil has a grounding aspect with a strange lightness to it that I think aids in the ability to really open up the sinuses easily and effortlessly. Basil is antiviral, anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxant. Wow, that drop of oil is doing a lot at once! You can also find basil in other Young Living oil blends such as Aroma Seiz, Clarity and M-Grain (no wonder why, Basil is part of the mint family). Basil can even be used on insect bites!

Raindrop Technique has also been clinically proven in blood samples. One Australian woman's blood work showed that inflammation within her body decreased, adrenal production increased, oxygen levels to the blood stream increased, and yeast within the blood decrease.

Frequently I am asked how long the effects of Raindrop last. Every person is biochemically different with different attitudes and lifestyles. I've had experience with clients that the results are immediate with in 10 minutes and last up to three weeks or even a month. I've had a client walk into a session with a cane and leave with it over their shoulder. I've also have had clients tell me that they don't feel anything different, which is OK. Those clients are still amazed at how good the treatment felt and I suggest to them that they come every two weeks for two months to aid their body in health and wellness. I personally receive raindrop monthly and a massage session weekly. It still amazes me that all the body work I do, I have no major structural, ligament or muscle issues related to my profession. I attest that to receiving body work regularly and using the oils every day.

Raindrop is all around amazing form of healing. It should be added to everBODY'S health regime to ward of inflammation, toxins and increase energy. Bringing a sense of balance and whole health into your lifestyle is attainable!
